I am a lifelong SFF fan, currently also interested in Chinese media and culture, both SFF and otherwise. This space is the likely home of my fan writing and essays on SFF and other media. My educational background is in biochemistry/molecular biology with a broad base in other sciences, and in library and information science. I do library and technology things as a day job. Feel free to interact with me in Russian, Mandarin/Simplified Chinese, or French, but beware that my written conversation is middling in Mandarin and Russian, and very iffy in French.
