Ooooooooops

Major thanks are due to [livejournal.com profile] ewin, [livejournal.com profile] holmes_iv, and [livejournal.com profile] lisa_bee for helping with the weird... i guess it qualified as an anxiety attack, but i remained essentially calm, it just came with fairly horrific anger. They helped me figure out things to do to burn off the energy that was going into urges to punch things, and after some impromptu weightlifting and some venting, I'm feeling much better and my rescue medication has had the time to kick in.

Again, these people are AMAZING and I owe each of them. The details of what happened are... well, I don't want to go into it right now, but it triggered while I was out with friends and REALLY didn't want to share with them because were were almost done with our girls' night out. Thanks for being around to help me when I got home, guys. And you're right, breaking glass is never a good thing, even if it's safety glass, so I'm glad I refrained.

*hug* Broken glass is never a good thing. I'm really glad you managed to get things under control - that sounds really scary! And I'm glad that you're feeling better now! *hug* Take care!

No car windows or other glassware were harmed! It wasn't that scary, it was just annoying and frustrating. So I found folks to talk to immediately. Which was the right solution!

Glad to have helped. Ewin's suggestion of pushups was awesome.

The LJ you're linking to up there isn't actually me.
