It's 10:30 AM.
Jun. 16th, 2004 10:26 amI'm reading about Structuralism, and it's all
ladybird97's fault. Mmm, literary theory, full of chocolatey-orangey goodness.
I also hand-weeded half my garden this morning, and watered the whole thing. Some of them tomato plants don't look so good, but the Italian basil is taking off and even though the cilantro died, whenever I dig where it was this incredibly yummy cilantro smell comes out of the ground. Mmm.
Okay, enough Structuralism, I'm going to figure out what went wrong with the cilantro. Oh. It doesn't like large amounts of sun and heat, and it doesn't transplant well. And it grows fast, so sitting in my window it had already basically matured before I transplanted it, and then it rapidly died the week I was away. Okay, I guess I'll start growing it in pots in the window, then. Darn you, cilantro, you trumped-up bastardized carrots, you....
Okay, okay, work now. No wait, going to go egg on Ladybird a bit more first....
