At least it's not one of those listings where they're like "bank-owned, AS IS, NO CONTINGENCIES!" Good luck selling that in this market, guys, Holyoke ain't a good market for flipping houses in good conditions, and in a recession?
I wanna set a Call of Cthulhu module in that house. What could be lurking in the "unfinished basement" of doom?
