Take the cilantro, leave the zamboni

In my 2.5 years of hanging out with HRSFA, I hadn't ever had the this conversation until about 10 minutes ago:

Random person I'm meeting: What year were you?
Me: Yale class of 1999.
Random person: Oh, so _sorry_....
Me: I'm not sorry at all... so what house and year were you?

I sort of expected it before now, because it's pretty common in other Yale-Harvard circles. But it means very much to me that around HRSFA, the response is generally "Oh, cool, so who do you know HRSFA through?"
