Okay, so he was running unopposed this time, he was socially conservative, he was supporting the President for re-election, but still. Changing parties two weeks after the election? Dude, couldn't you have picked a better time?

But I'm still relieved to find out that rndmsparks passed her honors exam with distinction today. So nice to know that she speaks as well in her field as she does about all the other stuff we discussed ad nauseum this weekend.
