havenstone, who is currently returning to the US from his latest tour with Chemonics in Afghanistan.
That plane that went down in Afghanistan last week, in a snowstorm?
I had heard that the aid workers killed in the crash were women.
I was relieved that it wasn't _my_ friend, when I heard that.
But in his email,havenstone said that two of those American women were _his_ friends. Cristi he knew from having stayed in the same guesthouse with her, Amy he knew from Americorps.
