Ran this morning. 2 miles. Weight on scale was lowest I've been since... oh, 1999 when I was really sick during spring semester.
My visitor parking questions have been answered, with a WAY better answer and commentary from the complex manager saying she has NO idea why they told her to send out that sternly worded reminder because... turns out it wasn't accurate. At all. So, people with cars, come visit me! It's all cool!
My blood pressure has been high this month, but wow, I can feel it dropping as I type.
Now if only they'd turn on the frickin' AC in our building. You know, before it hits the high 80s today.
It will be warm today. I shall drink chilled water and think about the spinach and corn salad I planted yesterday afternoon. Mmm, salad. It's going to try to bolt, if we have another hot May, but I'll be using it for baby greens because I don't think I'll be able to wait very long to harvest.
