Look, this kind of shit makes me embarrassed to be a white queer. It's like they think there's this scarcity of equality (there isn't; that's a manufactured economy of scarcity) and they gotta get it by throwing other protected classes under the bus, and goddammit that just ain't true.
PS: I haven't actually read the stuff by Andrew and Dan that she cites-- will get to that soon, I prooooooomise. Now back to, um, laundry or calling mom or sleeping some more? I hate my thyroid.
