Woo, mini-vacation!

digitalemurTomorrow after work (and work tomorrow is tours of our neighbor schools so I won't be in the office), I get to fly off to Houston. Yay for Southwest and cheap tickets. I will be back Tuesday evening.
The packing is mostly done, but I _still_ want to put together a quart bag full of travel tubes of peroxide toothpaste, write "WHAT NOW, BITCHES?" on the bag in sharpie, and try to get through security with that as my bag of liquids. I mean, really. This is what I think about while in-line to go through security.
But enough of that, I'm going where it's somewhat warmer. Where cyclamens bloom in January. And there are banana trees. There will be DVDs, and the cooking of good food, and the meeting of crazy Houston people, and the hanging out in Palacios. Seeya next week!
