It's the first midwestern state to do it, too! That's a good sign. Admittedly, the suit originated in Polk County, which is basically Des Moines, but I expected something like this to happen in Ann Arbor MI or Madison WI before Des Moines.
It's been that sort of month. Des Moines was not on my radar much until my new manager moved here from there, a few weeks ago. They have the most amazing chocolates!
